BioSOMNIC creates the necessary state of relaxation that induces sleep and positively influences its quality. It contains a formula of active substances verified by European clinical trials: valerian, passionflower, hops. Valerian is the best known and most widely used plant with a sedative effect. During a controlled scientific study, valerian administration showed that patients felt significantly more rested after waking up, had improved sleep quality and felt less tired during the day. Passionflower has a calming effect and soothes excessive nervousness, anxiety and depression. Among the many attributes of hops, the most important is the power to induce sleep and sensory balance.
